Ariel de Ment is a multifaceted educator, actor, and stunt professional whose career is defined by elite physical performance. With over a decade of experience, Ariel has established herself as a premier voice in theatrical combat, bridging the gap between classical movement and high-impact action.

Ariel’s journey into the world of action performance began on the stage of the Atlantic City Ballet, where she performed as a soloist. This foundational mastery of movement led her to NYU and Juilliard, where she further refined her craft in acting and music. Her versatile performance background includes national and international tours of iconic productions such as Cats, Carmen, and Hairspray.

As her career evolved, Ariel transitioned her physical discipline into the martial arts, specializing in historical sword fighting, eastern weaponry, Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, and paramilitary tactics. This unique blend of grace and grit earned her the Best Actress award at the New York Fresh Fruit Festival for her portrayal of the historical sword virtuoso Julie d’Aubigny.

Ariel is a veteran educator, having served as the Assistant Director of the Atlantic City Ballet and an instructor of theatrical combat at NYU Tisch, Stella Adler, and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). Her coordination credits span both stage and screen, including productions of Julius Caesar and Romeo and Juliet, as well as numerous independent film projects.Currently, Ariel brings her powerhouse presence to the ring as “Katarina Jinx” on WOW – Women of Wrestling (CBS) and lends her vocal talents to AAA video games and animated series. At Mind’s Eye Tribe, Ariel leverages her diverse background in dance, martial arts, and wrestling to help performers find the precision, safety, and storytelling necessary for world-class action performance.
