About Creature Fit

Creature Fit is a conditioning program originally designed to prepare performers for the strenuous activities involved in Creature Performance, Motion Capture, and Action Acting. The program focuses on increasing mobility, strength, endurance, and body awareness through a combination of animal movement and equipment-less strength training.

Since its inception, we’ve discovered how valuable this program can be for those outside of performance related activities. Those who spend all day at a desk benefit greatly by increased mobility. This releases tension in the body and increases range of motion and flexibility, both of which help relieve the common aches and pains in the back, neck, and shoulders from long hours of sitting.

Creature Fit Personal Training

Creature Fit offers both classes and personalized training. As a personal training client, we address your individual health and fitness goals. A personalize plan is designed to work with and on specific strengths and lesser strengths to achieve these goals.

COVID-19 Precautions

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, and to protect the health and safety of my clients, all sessions are offered either online via Zoom or in person at Hazeltine Park in Sherman Oaks.

Andi’s creature fit is the only thing keeping me in shape during quarantine. Every workout is a little different than the last. She’s always pushing me to work on my weak spots, and each session I learn a little something new which helps keep me engaged.

Andi is a Certified Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Instructor, in addition to an Action Actor, Performance Capture Actor, and Creature Performer. She has used her extensive experience on set in conjunction with her formal training to develop this program.
