About Creature Fit

Creature Fit is a conditioning program originally designed to prepare performers for the strenuous activities involved in Creature Performance, Motion Capture, and Action Acting. The program focuses on increasing mobility, strength, endurance, and body awareness through a combination of animal movement and equipment-less strength training.

Since its inception, we’ve discovered how valuable this program can be for those outside of performance related activities. Those who spend all day at a desk benefit greatly by increased mobility. This releases tension in the body and increases range of motion and flexibility, both of which help relieve the common aches and pains in the back, neck, and shoulders from long hours of sitting.

Creature Fit Personal Training

Creature Fit offers both classes and personalized training. As a personal training client, we address your individual health and fitness goals. A personalize plan is designed to work with and on specific strengths and lesser strengths to achieve these goals.

Worried you don’t have enough room? You only need a little more than it takes to make a snow angel!

It’s just a bonus that the sessions are so fun! Don’t believe me? Check out what other clients are saying in the testimonials!

COVID-19 Precautions

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, and to protect the health and safety of my clients, all sessions are offered either online via Zoom or in person at Hazeltine Park in Sherman Oaks.

Andi’s creature fit is the only thing keeping me in shape during quarantine. Every workout is a little different than the last. She’s always pushing me to work on my weak spots, and each session I learn a little something new which helps keep me engaged.

Michael DeCamp

Andi’s workouts check all the boxes: strength, flexibility, endurance, stamina, mobility. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in these areas since working with Andi. The workouts are challenging and empowering, and Andi creates a space that you want to show up to everyday.

Jaclyn Grace

Andi’s training has been incredible. I’ve been working with her for a few months and have seen incredible progress in my overall fitness and strength. She’s an awesome teacher who will work with you and help you complete your goals at your own pace. Not only are her classes effective, she also makes them fun! Overall Andi creates a very inviting and relaxed atmosphere but still pushes you hard enough to see some real progress towards your goals!

Training with Andi is an extremely rewarding experience! Each session with her truly makes me feel that I am getting the most out of my time and helps me to see ways of bettering my performance no matter the area of focus. If you want a knowledgeable, motivating trainer, who can also get a laugh out of you, I highly recommend training with Andi.

Joey S. Bosco

I’ve been training with Andi for 3 months and I’ve already lost 19 pounds, realigned my spine and neck, drastically increased the range of motion in my shoulder, opened up my vocal range through loss of tension, and increased my agility and balance!

Jordan Melin

Sometimes even a personal trainer needs the accountability and motivation of a personal trainer. I’ve been training online with Andi for three months now and I can tell you that she is super fun and attentive. And honestly, I’m just enjoying the workouts which is always the most important thing.

I started training with Andi six weeks ago, and in that time, I’ve gone from a sinewy yogi to a warrior-sorceress-beast of Sherman Oaks. Okay, maybe I’m not quite to that level yet, but I have noticeably more muscle definition and flexibility, along with a new found confidence and inner strength. At times, Andi reminds me more of a mystical guide than a typical Hollywood trainer. She prescribes specific movements to each student to maximize their ability while keeping them safe, but she also prepares well in advance. I feel like I’m on a life-changing journey and all I have to do is show up ready to work and trust Andi. She knows the way.
